Job Summary The Human Resource Manager assists in the design of and administers human resources policies and procedures. Individual will work under minimal supervision providing a variety of human resource services (compensation, employee relations, employment, employee satisfaction, recruitment, and training) to employees and management at all levels. Works as a team member/leader requiring independent decision analysis in determining departmental needs and serves as a resource for departments regarding human resource functions. Assist in advising employees and management on employee relation policies and processes. Maintain current knowledge of and interprets labor and health and safety laws. Resolve health insurance and other benefits concerns and questions. Provide direction and support to managers on personnel actions such as evaluations, promotions, disciplinary actions, etc. Talent Acquisition: Advises departments on the right recruitment strategy, holds hiring planning meetings, sources and pre-screens applications for qualifications; assists departments in coordinating the selection, steering the offer process. Compensation & Benefits: Support the compensation process and Performance Management process. Ensure smooth payroll operation. Benefit Specialist for the US. Ensure that salary equity is maintained during hiring, reclassification, promotion, and probationary increase processes. Training & Development: Provide training and development for hourly and salaried employees. Immigration: Prepare and submit legal documentation to obtain employee immigration work Visa’s and Green Cards.
