We are looking for future customer-centric marketers who are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment, delivering results, and collaborating with partners across the Blue Box. This future candidate will work as a Sr. Analyst and primarily focus on supporting the end-to-end campaign execution process, including assisting with the overall strategy as well as leading the development, execution, and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong written and verbal communication, project management, organization, and leadership skills —proficiencies crucial in building and launching customer marketing campaigns and implementing operational improvements that yield the best outcomes for our existing Card Members.
Responsibilities include
Help formulate marketing strategies and flawlessly implement customer-centric marketing campaigns
Manage the end-to-end campaign execution for one or more digital channels
Successfully build cross-functional relationships across multiple internal & external partners
Own forecasting, data analysis, and results reporting for assigned projects whilst identifying practical findings that will inform marketing strategies.
Continuously evaluate potential new capabilities or areas of innovation to optimize the consumer experience
Required Skills/Qualifications
1-3 years of work experience in the digital marketing space, agency experience is a plus
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and influence partners to drive results
Excellent problem solver with a passion for innovation, white space thinking, and comfort with challenging the status quo
Ability to translate data insights and analytics into action
Strong project management and organizational skills including attention to detail, balancing multiple priorities effectively, and managing tight timelines
Highly motivated individual with a positive, can- do attitude and adaptable to change
Bachelor’s Degree
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $(phone number removed) annually + bonus + benefits
