Technology Intern

Position Summary
CAS is currently seeking Technology Interns for Summer 2023. These positions will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Our Summer Intern Program seeks to create a high level of engagement and learning for participants through deep immersion into our working environment with our professional teams. Participants will benefit from exposure to a variety of state-of-the-art software technologies and practices and also benefit from professional networking with CAS staff and other Interns, both providing great insights into career possibilities.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in an Information Technology field or related discipline (like Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Computer Engineering)
Some experience with ANY of the following is preferred: Linux, Java, GIT, JavaScript, Hadoop, Ruby, Groovy, Scala, Apache Spark, Mongo, Cloud (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack), SAP, Salesforce, System Administration
Strong communication skills, teaming skills, leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in an open, Agile Software Development environment as well as independently
Duties:
Create software applications, services, and systems with an Agile Development team, delivering or enhancing CAS products, content pipelines, or business solutions.
Collaborate with teammates and product owners grooming backlogs of epics and stories for upcoming development sprints.
Connect across the organization through the Summer Intern Program to build influential working relationships, preparing your career for tomorrow.
Stay abreast of the latest technology trends through individual and team training opportunities.
