Job Description
Leads project management and execution of strategic warehouse initiatives to provide cost savings, efficiencies, and operational improvements to AFNA. Responsible for oversight and review of warehouse KPI’s to ensure 3PL warehouses are meeting contract requirements. Aides in review of standard work and process flow to maximize efficiencies and SOPs are captured. Supports and assists with reviewing standard work and process flow to maximize efficiencies and create SOPs.
