We are looking for a strong Brand Onboarding Manager to join Amazon Fashion’s exciting and fast-paced team onboarding and managing strategic priority selling partners within Luxury Stores on Amazon.
Luxury Stores is continually growing its meaningful selection across a global portfolio of luxury fashion and beauty brands. Luxury Stores Onboarding Managers will own the end-to-end relationship with selling partners, from onboarding brands and selection, through high-visibility activations, and to long-term, sustainable growth. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve these goals.
The successful candidate will be motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, have high quality standards, and be passionate about delivering best-in-class experiences for customers. They should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about a business, with the ability to build clear processes, and work cross-organizationally to build consensus.
A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
