The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) would lead development and release Test Automation Framework for the App Experiences team, and ensure quality and performance for all our internal and external customer. We are looking for an experienced, hands on and self-motivated engineer who can work collaboratively in a continuous integration environment and provide leadership across the entire organization. This role involves working closely with multiple engineering teams and partner product & partner engineering teams, to drive high-quality fully continuous testing & release infrastructure for hundreds of features maintained/launched each year of a multi-year roadmap.
This senior leader would lead the development of automated Functional Integration tests and End-To-End tests through in-house built test frameworks for overall system testing within an Agile environment. This leadership role would be responsible for leading automation test requirement meetings, contributing to test-ability and quality through critical functional analysis of design proposals, and challenging the status quo. This position would regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority to improve and maintain the quality and performance of the App Experiences products.
