Bachelor’s Degree plus one of the following
Five years of Altec Human Resources experience, or
Five years’ external Human Resources experience with 2 years of Supervisory experience
Able and willing to achieve results through active participation in activities and tasks, requiring attention to detail, excellent organization and administration excellence Has a professional awareness of how Human Resources interfaces within the overall management team Is interested and has some experience in a broad range of HR functions, including best practices and legal implications Fosters an environment where associates produce quality products in a dynamic team environment, with a consistent focus on Altec values Has a commitment to Human Resources as a profession, focused on productive and positive business relationships overall In addition to technical competence, this key player will have excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills Is relationship-driven, with highly developed organization skills Engages in high levels of diplomacy and maintains confidentiality May travel up to 25%
