Alt Looking for Demand Generation Lead at New York County, New York Full Time

ALT is looking for an ambitious Demand Generation Lead to develop, launch, and iterate on a new program to drive awareness and adoption of our lending product. You have a passion for building new programs, measuring each initiative and improving over time. This is a highly-collaborative, hands-on, and metrics-oriented role for an individual who loves testing different and creative tactics, but also has a proven track record of developing strong demand generation strategies.

As a member of the ALT Marketing team, you’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Creative. You’ll also work with our Lending team, and play a key role in defining, building, and optimizing our lead-to-opportunity-to-deal customer journey.The primary measure of success for this role will be achieving lending pipeline goals, driving qualified leads to our Customer team. By hitting these goals you will enable us to grow our originations to hit our broader lending business goals. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building demand gen engines, with experience in content marketing and growth marketing (online and/or offline), as well.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve a deep understanding of ALT’s lending products to effectively communicate with external and internal stakeholders
• Develop and execute integrated programs that demonstrate the financial benefits of ALT’s lending products, spanning channels like blog posts, landing pages, interactive tools, and more
• Partner with our growth marketing team to execute top-of-funnel outbound campaigns that will drive traffic to lending content programs, leveraging SEO, CRM, and paid marketing channels
• Develop a lead nurturing strategy that will drive more top of funnel leads to sales opportunities
• Write strong briefs with clear requirements and goals for cross-functional production partners, but also be willing to roll up your sleeves and create some of your own pieces
• Advise on any third-party tools and/or content management systems that could improve efficiencies of the program
• Develop and orchestrate repeatable marketing programs across all channels that produce a measurable and clear ROI, maintaining core focus on Cost Per Lead
• Partner with revenue operations to leverage our technology stack to measure, track and analyze performance across the full sales cycle

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor degree required
• 4+ years of experience in demand generation role for B2C or B2B products
• Proven track record of success and delivering high-quality sales pipeline
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated track record of making data-driven decisions to continually optimize and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Proven ability to accurately forecast and manage marketing budgets

The starting base pay for this roles is between $100k and $145k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors including work experience.
