Objective
The candidate will work in Supply Chain
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
To Support the Transportation & Customs manager as well as Services sites in keeping shipping moving smoothly and efficiently. Must be able to identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analysis information skilfully. Also must work well with vendors and customers in problem solving situations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as a support.
Coordinate daily domestic and international shipments for the Services division in a timely manner
Post daily reports from carriers on the Transportation & Customs SharePoint site
Review weekly report from audit/pay company for project coding and submit the reports to finance department
Daily correspondence with vendors, shippers, receivers to problem solve
Other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
Business Management- Supply Chain degree is desirable
Experience (Essential Functions)
1.6 to 12 Months experience in supply chain, logistics international and/or domestic, Business
2.Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP, Excel
3.Oral Communication
