HR Intune, an Alera Group Company is seeking an HR Consultant position to join their team.
This position represents an opportunity to provide high level, strategic consultation and services to a wide-range of clients in virtually all industries and stages of development. As a member of the HR inTune consulting team, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and to have the support and direction of highly accomplished our firmâ€™s leadership.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of human resource management. They will have experience in consulting as well as dealing with actual HR issues. They will be strategic thinkers and problem-solvers and capable of creating constructive and enduring relationships with a diverse group of clients and internal resources.
Broad knowledge of all aspects of HR and Human Capital Management including compensation/total rewards, HR automations/systems, HR compliance, employee relations best practices etc
Facilitate the selection and implement of effective HR technology/platforms that will streamline operations, reduce errors, lower costs and enhance the employeeâ€™s employment experience
Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) and to present to clients in a logical and elegant manner
Act in the clientâ€™s interest to proactively identify and resolve issues and situations that fall within our client project parameters
Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters based upon proven best practices
Facilitate clientâ€™s talent acquisition and retention by providing consult and or services as defined by the project parameters
Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
Assist in the development and integration of policies that support and promote the desired organizational culture and goals for the future
Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices
Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas
At least 2 years as an HR generalist or 4 years as an HR specialist
Highly adept analyzing and arraying HR data
Experiencing interacting with executive level employees
Ability to work on complex projects independently within the specifications of the project
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, configurations and on-going maintenance
Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
