Alaska’s Yes Bay Lodge Looking for Server/Prep Cook, Housekeeper, Floater at Ketchikan, Alaska Full Time

SERVER/ PREP COOK

• 8 hour shift. This is a 6 day a week position.
• This shift requires you to assist the cook in preparing meals for 20 guests and 20 crew members. You will serve guests in the dining room.  Servers are responsible for setting tables in the dining room and cleaning the dining room and crew room after meals.  
• Experience is preferred for this position. Gratuities, room and board, and all meals are in addition to the monthly salary. 

HOUSEKEEPER

• 7.5 hour shift starts at 7:30 am. This is a 6 day per week position.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways and public areas in the lodge. 
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with lodge procedures, stocking carts with room supplies, replacing and laundering bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies. 
• This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to bend, lift and the ability to be standing or walking all day.
• Gratuities, room and board, and all meals are in addition to the monthly salary.

FLOATER

Our company is looking for a Floater who is a “jack of all trades”.  Prefer experience in some of the departments which is:

• Serving
• Bartending
• Housekeeping
• Dishwashing
• Gratuities, room and board, and all meals are in addition to the monthly salary.
