The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the Talent Acquisition Team and manage the end-to-end hiring process from intake to offer acceptance. Overall, the position is responsible for developing and executing a Talent Acquisition strategy that enables the function to ensure division leaders have the talent to successfully achieve business objectives.
*Main Responsibilities: *
* Deliver talent acquisition for positions to be filled by Company, in addition, delivers talent on time and at the lowest cost to the Company.
* Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and other key stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop and implement programs to find the right talent.
* Acting as a recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME) and critical thinking partner by providing recommendations and labor market intelligence giving to the overall achievement of Company’s business and financial objectives
* Utilizing effective communication and follow-through with internal clients and candidates, and establishing and maintaining positive relationships while promoting company image and opportunities
* Define and implement a step-by-step local talent acquisition process (including applicant tracking) that follows Federal and State requirements
* Integrate the recruitment process with existing agencies to ensure the full picture of candidates is captured and tracked against decisions taken as appropriate.
* Manage and oversee the full life cycle talent acquisition process.
* Build and implement operational efficiencies and practices that drive strong performance across all recruitment-related metrics including Time to Fill, Quality of Hire, Cost Per Hire, and Source effectiveness.
* Ensure talent acquisition practices are aligned with organizational initiatives.
* A big-picture thinker who understands vision and strategy but is also a hands-on person who can get things done.
* Ensure talent acquisition practices are consistently applied and followed, that comply with all State and Federal laws Create innovative sourcing and closing strategies needed to recruit in remote location and harsh climate.
*Main Requirements: *
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 10 years talent acquisition experience.
* 5 years of people management experience.
* Strong track record of developing, implementing, and managing talent acquisition strategy.
* Ability to be flexible when needed, to take initiative, and to demonstrate accountability.
* Excellent project management and organization skills in order to work and lead several initiatives simultaneously, effectively, and efficiently
* Intellectual curiosity and ability to handle high levels of ambiguity
* Well-developed experience in using multiple recruiting strategies and sources, including advanced use of social networking channels for passive and active candidate recruitment
* Experience managing global recruiting processes in the Oil and Gas Industry
* Team orientation to engage and partner with regional and country teams, as well as corporate functions.
* Ability to think strategically and handle difficult and complex issues that cut across multiple functions, countries and businesses.
* Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact with diverse personalities and Senior Level Executives.
* Highly persuasive verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding written communication skills.
