TheProduct Data Management (PDM) Systems Coordinator – Precision Coatingis responsible for acquiring and entering data into, and generating reports from, theItem Master,Bill of MaterialandRoutingswithin the business’s JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to assure accurate product information. The data the PDM Administrator manages will serve as a single source from which to deliver accurate product information across the enterprise. The person in this role will also interact and support the Precision Coating Planning role.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
• Must be extremely organized and possess a strong attention to detail with theability to meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of documentation standards, manufacturing and inventory processes.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication and coordination skills across the entire enterprise.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office software required.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards order management business software preferred.
• Prior successful industry experience and/or a proven track record of accomplishments in working in an environment servicing internal and external customers preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, internal and customer VMI (kanbans, z-score etc)

Responsibilities

1. Efficiently and accurately executes the entry and maintenance of product specifications; raw materials; Item Master maintenance;Bills of MaterialandRoutingsin the ERP system. Pays high-attention to detail to assure accurate product information and preserve integrity of the ERP system.
2. Develops value-added relationships with quality, operations, finance, sales and marketing professionals; prepares timely, clear, concise reports, documentation and routine correspondence to support many functions of the business.
3. Learns all steps of the order fulfillment process utilizing network computer systems, Microsoft Office.
4. Work with team to manage inventory, both raw and finished.
5. Supporting Role for Planning utilizing the Preactor Scheduling tool.
