Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
Review applications for completion and accuracy
Contact customers for additional or missing information
Gather various credit reports, financial statements, and other documents for each application
Analyze data to verify information to evaluate credit risk
Contact credit and bank references
Prepare and make recommendations for credit lines to management
Communicate credit decisions and policies to fellow employees (such as sale rep) and to applicants
Provide customer with payment options
Create and help maintain confidential credit files
Data entry to create accounts, upload resale certificates, and other various account maintenance
Assist Sr. Credit Manager in ensuring qualifying portfolio is in compliance with credit insurance policy
Assist in any specific job tracking to ensure lien rights are protected
Assist in managing Lien waiver documents for signatures, execution, and record retention
Maintain database that tracks open applications, work with sales, customer service, and customers questions regarding application status.
Assist Sr. Credit Manager in routine credit reviews for existing customers based on established credit policies
Member of the transition team formed to roll our M3 (ERP system) to recent acquisition
Travel
Less than 5% travel expected

Knowledge of the commercial credit function
Attention to detail
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to understand credit reports, including Dunn & Bradstreet
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills in order build and maintain client and business relationships
Discretion and strong dedication to confidentiality to protect the financial privacy of AHF, customers, and business partners
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Office software (excel, word primarily)
Basic understanding of accounting
Previous experience as a credit analyst or equivalent is preferred
