We have an excellent opportunity for an Intern – Human Resources for Summer 2022 in either our Los Angeles, CA or Arlington, VA location.
In this position you will team th the talent acquisition side of HR and support the growth and development of enterprise-wide early career programs. This is a part-time position scheduled to begin in May or June 2022.
Activities may include but are not limited to
Provide insight and support development of an effective campus diversity program
Conduct research and make recommendations on various early career initiatives
Support execution of summer intern events and future season planning
Help compile and report on metrics in support of an effective campus strategy
Actively look for opportunities to provide a consistent and effective candidate and new hire experience
Support day to day operations related to early career programs, as needed
You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program OR enrolled in an advanced degree program in related major, and returning to school upon completion of the assignment.
3.2 GPA or above
Solid academic track record of accomplishment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Software applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with the ability to work with little direction
Leadership & teamwork skills
Requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency or other status as a U.S. Person. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
