Japanese Bilingual Automotive Sales
Location:
San Jose, CA
Work hour: 9am – 6pminclude weekends.
Salary:
Approx. $60K – $80K including commission
OVERVIEW:
Our client, a used car retailer, is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative in Torrance, CA. Qualified candidates must speak/read/write professional Japanese. No experience required and training will be provided.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:
- Coordinate online and/or in-person sales meeting with Japanese customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries and manage a sales process.
- Recommend trade-ins, sales campaigns and promotions.
- Develops a good relationship and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
- Understand customers’ requirements and interests and make a suggestion.
- Explain an automotive features, capabilities, warranties, and financing.
- Process a paperwork collaborating with a sales assistant.
- Other duties requested by sales manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Japanese skill – speak/read/write professional Japanese.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and fast learner
