We are a successful, family-owned garage door company, working in the Denver Metro Area for 35+ years. Looking to hire a long-term, part-time dispatch and customer service representative. Looking for friendly, outgoing, problem-solver willing to work with dedicated team to provide the best customer service to our many clients. Over 850 5-star Google reviews. Working from home 2 days per week and occasionally filling in for vacation or other time off for co-workers. Job responsibilities include: answering/returning phone calls between hours of 7:30 am to 6 pm, Wednesday & Thursday, scheduling customer appointments on Google Calendar, coordinating with technicians during day, placing orders for materials with vendors. Benefits include: daily pay rate of $180/day, health & dental insurance 70% paid by employer, monthly gift cards, paid sick leave, flexible work schedule on scheduled days. Paid training.
