ADP is hiring a Senior Assessment Consultant, Human Resource Outsourcing to join ADP Canada Sales.

Speaking of success… it’s our sales teams that make it happen. And that’s where you come in. As a Senior Assessment Consultant you will support the sales efforts for ADP Canada’s largest and most complex clients and prospects.
Did we mention, you’ll join a champion sales team with five years of double-digit growth? (We don’t mean to brag, but we are pretty awesome here.) THINGS YOU’LL DO: (Responsibilities)
• Drive our Business Forward
• Work with our prospects and clients to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. It’s that simple.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans
• Document the current state of clients focused on their People, Process and Technology to ultimately guide and develop the future state model of ADP’s People, Process and Technology. Now that’s what we call value.
• Deepen Relationships across the ADP Family
• You will have strong interlock with our sales teams, business consultants, implementation, client success and other ADP departments. Wait… there’s more!
• Collect and map current state processes and identify needs
• Collect, map and analyze complex business processes
• Work with Solution Architects to translate client data into ADP Comp Services solutions
• Support client change management processes
• Communicate effectively in-person and remotely
• Balance competing requests and deliver high quality work in high pressured environments
EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: (Required Qualifications)
• 5+ years as a senior assessment consultant
• Track record of playing your part to monetize deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with C-level executives
• Motivated, self-starter with effective time management skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as being a collaborative team member
• High school Diploma is required
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (or equivalent certification)
BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: (Preferred Qualifications)
• Human Capital Management experience
• Payroll & Time Experience
• Bilingual
