Adecco Creative and Marketing Looking for OPERATIONS COORDINATOR at New York, New York Full Time

Adecco Creative & Marketing is looking for a Sales & Operations temp for a luxury fine watch company.  The Sales & Operations temp will support all operational aspects of the company, partnering with the Operations team to maintain operational excellence in all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

NETWORK OPERATIONS:

• Partner with Sales & Operations coordinator to assist in all daily operational duties to ensure consistent operational flows: Primarily SAP, shipments to internal boutiques, order fulfilment for wholesale doors, transfers, consignments.
• Assist Retail Operations Manager with dashboard updates, deposit lists, report trackers, IB POS orders.
• Support operations department with special projects as needed.
• Potential support with visual merchandising orders, shipments, organization, and additional VM projects.
• Additional support for all daily operational needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years experience with a strong passion and understanding for the luxury retail and/or service industry.
• High Proficiency with SAP (SD module) and Microsoft Office software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills both written and verbal.
• Has a “team player” spirit and the ability to work well within a group/team dynamic.
• Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated with a positive attitude at all times.
• Able to work flexibly, embrace and manage change.
• Ability to Analyse, Forecast and Strategize.
• Very organized and able to handle multiple projects at once.
• Tech savvy.
• Complete working knowledge of systems relating to ordering and delivering product
• Knowledge of luxury timepieces a plus.
