Calling all photographers local to Green Bay, WI! Adecco Creative and marketing is partnering with a B2B company to find a Creative Photographer to assist in their studio environment. 

Purpose of the Role

An individual who thrives on working in a fast paced studio environment, collaborating with their team members to achieve collective goals and can work to clear directions whilst also using their initiative.

The role of Creative Photographer is to capture high quality lifestyle product photography for a key US retailer. 

The creative photographer will work closely with the Creative Lead and Studio Manager in order to maintain the high standards of the photographic studio and deliver to the clients needs.

This is a project based role to deliver a refresh for a key US retailer across their ecommerce platform.

What you’ll do:

• Set styling and product styling to specific client approved style guides
• Ensuring quality of images captured while working to a high volume
• Maintaining consistency across a range of products; in terms of color, angles and shot types
• Understanding product and pack photography lighting and rig-types and adjusting accordingly dependent on the type of product being shot
• Working as a team to deliver daily and monthly project targets
• Prioritizing the workflow according to SLA
• On occasion helping to develop Art Direction with Creative Lead
• Taking responsibility for and resolve any photography rejections and queries
• Identify and escalate problems with the studio processes and helping to improve them wherever possible
• Lead by example in terms of punctuality, attitude, productivity and photographic knowledge
• Be responsible for the maintenance of equipment and rigs used

Who you are:

The ideal candidate should have an advanced level of photographic knowledge and training, degree-level or higher qualifications are preferred but not essential. Working knowledge of product photography and studio experience is essential.  Some office experience would be advantageous as the role requires regular communication via email and usage of Microsoft Office programs.
