We’re looking for someone who: Is excited to work in an outpatient setting, much like a doctor’s office. Enjoys a consistent schedule. Likes to chat—you won’t be physically moving patients in this role, but you will be having conversations with them all day. To thrive in this role, you must be able to: Administer medications as ordered/prescribed by a CMS medical providerMonitor behavioral patterns, medical symptoms, and physical symptoms related to dosage, as well as other symptoms related to drug use and mental health concernsObtain vital signs, blood specimens, and urine samplesProcess point-of-care urine drug screens per company policyPrepare take-home medication (n/a in Montana)Monitor medication administration closely to prevent diversionReport diversion to proper internal authorities
Maintain accurate client records in company’s EHR systemDocument medication errors and respond to adverse medical reactions per company policyArrange temporary incoming and outgoing courtesy dosing clientsDeliver medications to external facilitiesOrder necessary dosing room and nursing-related suppliesMaintain accurate medication inventory records
Adhere to all federal, state, local, and accrediting body regulationsAdminister CPR if necessary
Licensed LPN or RN in state of employmentAbility to travel to assigned CMS sitesExperience in the field of substance use disorders preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of the signs of intoxication and opioid withdrawal symptomsDemonstrates accuracy in medication administration and ability to maintain accurate client records #PLNUR PandoLogic.
