Job Summary*
ActiveProspect is seeking a full life cycle Recruiter to join our growing People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of People & Culture, you will help with full life cycle recruiting across all departments and leverage multiple channels to grow our profile in the tech communities. Responsibilities and Duties*

• Screens inbound candidates to determine skill set, fit within the organization, and level of interest
• Build a strong, diverse pipeline of quality talent for various positions
• Reviews information gathered from initial interview/pre-screening process and provides hiring manager with a recommendation regarding the most appropriate candidates for follow up interviews
• Helps with outbound recruiting efforts, identifying top talent that supports business needs
• Builds and maintains strong candidate relationships that result in superior candidate experiences
• Sources candidates through a variety of methods (job postings, employee referrals, online searches, public organizations, colleges & universities, networking, job boards, advertisements, etc.) with the goal to provide a diverse slate of qualified candidates
• Tracks recruiting activities and updates requisition statuses on a weekly basis
• Responsible for data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System and other sourcing systems
• Completes ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills*

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth SaaS environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience recruiting globally
• High degree of professionalism in all forms of communication

• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting activities including, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers
• Experience sourcing passive technical candidates in various locations
• Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with peers to deliver the most qualified talent for the company
• Experience managing an applicant tracking system (Bonus points for experience with JazzHR or BambooHR)
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly-confidential human resources related matters
• Ability to prioritize your work in a rapidly changing environment that requires constant context switching
