Actalent Looking for Data Entry – Industrial Office Environment at Pensacola, FL Full Time

Associate Contract Coordinator needed for Scale House Operations.

• Position at Power Plant, located in Pensacola FL
• 6-9 Month Duration
• No Per Diem
• Hourly Wage, M-F 7 AM to 4 PM. Additional hours and S/Su may be required with advance notice.
• HS Degree Required. College Degree Preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, and Demonstrate Minimum Proficiency
• Assist Project Manager and Contract Coordinators with Developing Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
• Fill Out/Sign Waste Manifests (Training Provided)
• Fill Out/Sign Shipping Paperwork (Training Provided)
• Track Entering and Exiting Trucks at Scale House (Training Provided)
• Upload of Documents on External SharePoint Site (Training Provided)
• Must Pass DOT HazMat Employees Training within 1 Week of Hiring

Skills:

• Must pass Excel proficiency test
• Must be comfortable in industrial environment – working in PPE required areas
