- 1. 10+ years of Project Manager experience or 3+ years of experience of APM experience (looking to hire both an APM and PM)
- 2. 5+ years of commercial construction experience (GROUND UP IS REQUIRED – THIS IS 90% of what they do – interiors-only folks are irrelevant here
- 3. Bachelor’s degree in AEC
