Job Description
Ø Take full responsibility of managing motor claims investigations which includes allocation of cases to the external vendors, follow up for the reports and QC of the investigation reports
Ø Manage all queries related to motor claims investigation cases and laise with the external vendors and the motor claims team for quick resolution
Ø Ensure to get the investigation reports in the prescribed TAT
Ø To maintain and improve the quality in investigation reports from the vendors
Ø To provide proactive assistance to the motor claims team to achieve customer delight and high-level customer satisfaction for the insured and internal stakeholders
Ø Must work efficiently on set goals and work to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the stakeholders.
Ø To handle vendor management and get the SLAs and documents from the vendors for empanelment
Job Description
Ø Experience in the insurance sector (claims department) at least three years of overall service.
Ø Customer handling, queries resolution, motor insurance Claims handling for least two years in.
Ø Preferrably having knowledge of MS Office and know how in Microsoft Excel
