Supply Chain and Operations professionals house individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems. Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. Will interact and present to senior level client leaders
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Ability to flex between projects and showcase critical thinking skills
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Minimum 5 years of driving business improvement within fulfillment functions
Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, implementation of best practices in any one of the following: warehousing, transportation, order management, distribution operations, control tower, materials management and continuous improvement to enable performance optimization
Minimum 5 years of project management
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Microsoft Office suite, including MS Access and MS Excel
Experience in driving a business team through designing and/or re-designing complex transportation processes
Experienced in business case development, value driven solution definition and value realization; analytical understanding of full transportation cycle
Experience in an operations/consulting setting in warehousing and transportation
Supply Chain and Operations analytics background
International transportation a plus
Knowledge of TMS and Visibility systems is a plus
Professional Skill Requirements
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
As required by the
Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $117,000-$170,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
