Abigail House Looking for RN Nursing Supervisor at Camden, NJ Full Time

Abigail House is  hiring a RN Nursing Supervisors for everyday 3-11, as well a RN Nursing Supervisor for every other weekend (Saturday-Sunday) 8am-8pm

As a  RN Nursing Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Assessing  resident needs and implementing appropriate action.
• Implementing nursing policies and procedures
• Supervising nursing staff to ensure quality of nursing care is provided
• Managing the building in regards to accepting new admissions, discharges, staffing, as well as ensuring proper care and customer service is being provided to the residents and residents’ families

Candidate should be a reliable and caring individual, with a team attitude.

Candidate Qualification:

1. Will have 3-5 years experience in a sub-acute/long-term care nuring facility
2. Will have a current unecumbered NJ RN Nursing License
3. Current CPR certification
