Paraprofessional / School BHT $17/hr
Now hiring qualified Paraprofessionals / Behavioral Health Techs for schools all throughout the Greater Phoenix Area for the upcoming 2023 / 2024 school year!
$17/hour
Weekly direct deposit, every Friday
Benefits available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
Plus $300 starting bonus + $300 holiday bonus
Paraprofessionals / Behavioral Health Techs Schedule and Timeline:
Monday – Friday, no nights, weekends or holidays!
Hours will vary by school / district
Schedule will follow district calendar
Now interviewing and hiring for the upcoming school year
Year long contract with potential to extend
Paraprofessionals / Behavioral Health Techs Position Details:
Providing staff support in an educational / classroom setting.
Monitoring the classroom during lessons minimizing distractions and disruptions.
Working with students individually and in small groups providing assistance on educational related activities assigned by teacher.
Attending to students’ physical, personal, academic, and emotional needs.
Performing clerical duties such as tracking attendance, typing, filing, photocopying, and other tasks assigned.
Paraprofessionals / Behavioral Health Techs Position Qualifications:
2+ years experience working with children and special needs students
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent communication skills
Clean background check upon hire
AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain
