Summary
Our Operations Analyst will work alongside the Manager, Enterprise Automation focusing on standardizing, simplifying and automating MWG’s business processes. Analyst will achieve this by leading MWG business partners in configuration design sessions from ideation and implementation through control/operational phase handoff. You will triage problems and define efficient and effective processes across functional teams as well as implementing them into IT applications, driving operational excellence and productivity. As a transformational partner, you will communicate pertinent issues to leadership’s attention in an organized and succinct manner. This role involves complex research, data analysis, cross functional collaboration, and business case development.
Essential Functions
Develop current and future state process mapping to inform business cases that will automate key business functions that deliver quicker, intuitive and frictionless Member experiences beginning with the ERS organization. Identify and document interdependencies and inefficiencies between processes
Collect and analyze data, both qualitative and quantitative, to summarize key themes and learnings
Translate desired business outcomes into a vision and concrete set of steps to achieve it by establishing approaches and frameworks to help guide teams toward the best outcome.
Understanding the business requirements and evaluating platforms, tools, and processes in the digital ecosystem against those requirements.
Lead cross functional teams through the process of ideating, prototyping, and ultimately scaling business solution to support automation and transformation.

Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation
Demonstrated success in process design, optimization, and execution
Relevant experience connecting business strategy to relevant technology investments and projects
Proven track record in leading and influencing broad network of stakeholders, managing partner expectations at all levels in a matrixed environment while improving business value delivered
Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification
Bachelor’s degree required or combination of experience in business, technology, process/project management, engineering or similar
1-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or operations
Advanced Excel skills

Compensation
:
We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis – Compensation Range: Min: $67,806.00 – Mid: $84,757.00- Max: $101,709.00
