Summary

This Operations Analyst will work alongside the Manager of Operations with AAA Car Subscription to investigate and develop fleet execution and call center operational improvements that will materially enhance our brand position and business sustainability. The Operations Analyst will also project manage pilots and scale new operational opportunities, which utilizes business knowledge and consulting skills to understand strategic value, fit, risks and operational complexities of process improvements within the broader business. This role involves complex research, data analysis, cross functional collaboration, and business case development.

Essential Functions

• Acts as consultant with business partners to identify business improvement opportunities
• Researches and monitors market trends and competitor activity
• Designs and coordinates specific Member and market surveys
• Researches available data and requests necessary data from analytics team
• Identifies and develops specific customer segments to unlock business opportunities
• Designs and implements appropriate geographic, demographic, demand, supply and other segmentation work
• Develops, recommends and presents strategies to leadership team that continually innovate and improve our business performance
• Works with project team to insure project budgets, resource plans, milestones, tracking metrics and success measures are achieved
• Builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels in the organization to manage expectations as needed and keep a project moving forward

• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
• A problem solver who is able to make smart simplifying assumptions
• Self-starter with ability to handle multiple activities
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
• Ability to project manage cross functional teams

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or operations
• Advanced Excel modeling skills

Work Environment/Physical Requirements

• Lifting and carrying various parts, weighing up to 30-50 pounds, several times a day

• Bending, kneeling, reaching and stooping as required for service calls
