Job Requirements

• Plans, manages, and coordinates the activities of the Warehouse (Shipping and Receiving) operations.
• Participates in the selection and coordinating the training of new personnel in the Warehouse.
• Directs and coordinates the receiving of materials and finished goods.
• Assists with the computerized system of inventory control and related functions.
• Oversees the receiving of volume materials such as customer product, packaging supplies and cartons and ensures they are stored properly in the Warehouse.
• Researches the availability of leased storage if necessary.
• Oversees and directs the receiving of medical parts and equipment.
• Oversees the annual audit.
• Ensures the Warehouse is clean and orderly in accordance with good housekeeping practices.
• Adheres to common safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• OSHA and ISO compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the CFO.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of plant operations, inventory, and warehousing (shipping and receiving) functions.
• 10-15 years’ in Warehousing (Shipping/Receiving) or related experience
• Knowledge of warehousing principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to use all available resources to manage the Warehousing, Shipping and Receiving operations to meet goals for accuracy and customer service

Pay: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
