About The Role
We’re on a mission to make workplace learning 10x better at 10x Banking. We’re embedding a culture in which learning is a way of being. We do this by investing in exceptional learning experiences, incentivising knowledge sharing, and empowering 10xers to take ownership of their individual development journeys.
The learning and development coordinator is a newly created role to support us in this goal. Reporting to the learning and development manager, you will work closely with the other people functions – HR operations, talent, business partnering, community and employee experience – to support the delivery of our strategic learning plan.
About The Team
You’ll be joining our people team comprised of experts in HR operations, talent acquisition, people business partnering, employee experience, internal communications and engagement, and learning and development. We’re building a business where talented people are empowered to be the best they can be. Our mission is to attract and retain top talent, offer an incredible working experience, and to develop careers.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders from within the people team and across 10x. In this role, you’ll support in the delivery a wide variety of flagstone people projects, such as our leadership development programme, and to learn from the best in the business.
Requirements
About You
You’re an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a passion for lifelong learning. Willing to learn and receptive to feedback, you’re eager to grow your skills. You are confident using digital systems and can pick up new tools and digital processes with ease. You pride yourself on your organisational and communication skills.
You might have previous experience in learning and development or at a technology company, but this isn’t essential. If you’re genuinely excited about learning and think you match what we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
