Our client in East Austin is looking for a skilled Mechanic to join their Austin, TX team and play an integral part of their mission to deliver safe and reliable vehicles to their clients. From mini-buses to motorcoaches, you’ll have the chance to work on a diverse fleet of vehicles, making each day a new and exciting challenge.
What You’ll Do:
As a Mechanic with us, you’ll be at the forefront of keeping our vehicles in top-notch condition. Your daily tasks will include:
Safety First: Embrace our safety-centric culture by prioritizing safety for everyone.
Repair Excellence: Read and understand repair orders to execute work efficiently.
Technology Proficiency: Operate cutting-edge equipment & troubleshoot during repairs.
Component Mastery: Showcase expertise in motorcoach components.
Parts Management: Secure the necessary parts for repairs and document your work.
Team Player: Collaborate with the Shop Manager and team for seamless repairs.
Qualifications You’ll Bring:
Experience: Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, we want to hear from you. From diesel engines to electrical systems, we value your experience.
Tools of the Trade: Your complete set of hand tools is your toolkit for success. You’ll also be able to build your kit with a tool allowance of $150 a month.
Desire for Knowledge: Attend technical schools and training to boost your knowledge.
Drive and Initiative: Effective communication and collaboration in various settings.
Time Management: Your track record shows a commitment to timely, quality work.
