About the Job
Reporting to the Solarpack’s US Country Head and the Global Head of M&A, the Vice President M&A will join Solarpack’s M&A Global Team as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions to lead the M&A activities in the US.
The Mergers acquisitions by assessing and executing potential transactions in conjunction with business leaders in SOLARPACK markets. The team serves as a “center of excellence” within SOLARPACK for the technical and professional skills required in M&A transactions and coordinates corporate level input into proposed transactions. The position also is responsible for the preparation of other quantitative and qualitative analysis conducted by the group at the direction of management.
Continuous interaction with the company’s executive board and the investment fund owning the company (EQT).
