The Compensation Product Owner is a leader within the HR Digital Products Tribe and within the Compensation function. You are customer-centric; have experience in compensation (on the IT and/or functional side); and enjoy working with cross functional teams & stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to BCG & exceptional products to your customers.
The HR Tribe is one of the largest & most dynamic tribes within BCG s Digital Products Organization. We enable technology for BCG s Recruiting, Staffing, L&D, Next Generation Ways of Working, Mobility, and Workday areas (and more!), and are excited to welcome the Compensation squad into the Tribe and into Agile Ways of Working. The Compensation squad will focus on two primary technologies today (Workday & Compro, a proprietary BCG tool); work with Comp stakeholders refine the interaction of these primary digital tools with the ones supplied by our vendors (such as Market Pay and Job Levelling); and will be integral to defining the future of Compensation technology at BCG as we look for opportunities to streamline tools, explore new offerings, expand functionality for our end users, etc.
This is a multi-faceted role where you will on one hand work closely with the Compensation function & end-users of the Comp tools to understand business priorities & user needs; and on the other hand, work closely with engineers, analysts, and other squad members to translate these priorities & needs into a digital roadmap and outcomes. Working with Squad members without line management authority over them will be key you are a servant-leader and embody that in how you approach the work.

Ensure sustainable delivery of customer value by the squad
Support and enable the Squad to get its work done
Enable new ways of working and an Agile mindset
