The Private Capital Markets group is responsible for originating, structuring, and distributing privately negotiated financing solutions for global corporations, financial institutions, and infrastructure projects. The group specializes in private capital raises, which include structured debt, preferred equity, minority equity, growth equity, secondary sales and more. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with investor relations and continue to support and develop relationships across North America, the Middle East and Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team and work directly with senior leaders on developing and expanding the rapidly growing Private Capital Markets business. This position and team structure present a unique opportunity for junior team member to gain exposure to senior leaders in the group and across Guggenheim Securities.
The firm offers an unparalleled opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major strategic and financing assignments, providing meaningful exposure to senior bankers and client representatives. Candidates should be top performers who are willing to work hard in an unstructured environment where initiative, creativity, maturity and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued. We are seeking bright, highly motivated individuals with solid corporate finance knowledge coupled with strong Excel and modeling skills. The role will sit in our New York office.
