What You will Get:
Summary/Objective:
We are looking for a highly organized and confident Facilitator – Curriculum Writer with strong interpersonal communication and written communication skills. This candidate will prepare, coordinate and evaluate educational programs for our team members. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated keen attention to detail, extraordinary customer service and problem-solving skills to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Creates product announcements, marketing campaigns, training content, curriculum, and other publications as needed for stakeholders. Drafting and distribution of executive communications, presentations, workflows and marketing materials, in collaboration with Product Owners, Corporate Sponsors and Learning & Development Department. The incumbent should be flexible with the agility to respond quickly and appropriately to changes in demands on the team.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages. Communicates with management, team members, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and take instructions. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules. Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is occasionally required.

50% travel is expected for this position.
