Position Summary:
The incumbent will lead the Centre of Marketing Excellence (CoME) directing the regional marketing program to align with the corporate and global marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for initiating and monitoring the success of marketing programs, partnering the business to generate quality leads through marketing campaigns to foster sales conversion.
The Head of CoME Americas is responsible to lead the marketing team in the design, development and implementation of marketing strategy, plan, and budget forthe Americasand for initiating and monitoring the success of marketing activities including the SEO strategy for the region.
They will play an integral role in aligning sales and marketing efforts in support of TÜV SÜD’s business objectives. By working in close cooperation with the Business Unit (BU) managers and with the support of the marketing team, this position will localize, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and foster sales conversion, with the aim to achieve the Company sales targets and goals.
Any other duties are assigned by the CEOs and the Head of Global Marketing. This position will also collaborate with other Marketing leaders in the global organization.

Some domestic travel may be required up to 20% and international may be required with advance notice.
