Who We Want:
We are seeking a talented Principal Software Test Engineer to help us achieve our mission of making healthcare better! As a Principal Software Test Engineer at Stryker, you will take an active role in shaping the quality of our software. In this role, you will identify software test strategies for the R&D engineering team and lead the development of methods and protocols for testing software in a regulated environment. This will demand close collaboration with the development engineers, learning new codebases at a rapid pace, and identifying opportunities for automation. You will work to develop tests at various levels (e.g., unit, integration, system), automation tools and frameworks, and tests focused on functionality and performance. As a Principal Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our embedded software systems. This position requires exceptional technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of embedded software development and test processes.
