GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
Under the general guidance and direction of the CSPS Training and Staff Development Manager the Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all required training and associated documentation for the department is completed as assigned. Working collaboratively with the Clinical Operations and Customer Service Teams, the Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for registration, logistics, material preparation, reporting and communications for all assigned training programs. The Staff Development Coordinator actively participates in the training of student interns and new employees; maintaining competency in all core supply functions is required.

Minimum Required:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Certificate: CRCST or CBSPD
EXPERIENCE:
Required: At least Three (3) years direct experience performing all inventory management functions within an operative setting. Demonstrated experience in project management, training, or OR liaison function.
Preferred: Experience gained in a large Academic Medical Center or Trauma Center.
