Position Summary
This position will be responsible for supporting the hiring and promotional processes for MassDOT. In this role, you will be responsible for consultative recruitment and cultivating internal relationships across the organization as well as being an external face to our community hiring partners. This role will collaborate on sourcing and recruitment strategy, build relationships to become a trusted advisor, provide a best-in-class candidate experience, leverage critical thinking and influencing skills, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through the selection process, and utilize data to meet hiring needs. Additional responsibilities will also include managing requisition for a variety of hiring processes including new hires, internal promotions, transfers, civil service, post‐retirees, interns, contractors, and temps.

Minimum Entrance Requirements

At least three years of full-time or equivalent part-time, professional, or paraprofessional experience in a human resources field such as classification/job analysis, staffing, Civil Rights, and diversity, test development and validation, labor relations, or benefits administration.
Substitutions
A Bachelor’s or higher degree may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of two years of education for one year of experience.
One year of education equals 30 semester hours. Education toward a degree will be prorated on the basis of proportion of the requirements actually completed.
