Currently we are searching for an outstanding Head of Talent Acquisition. Our ideal candidate will be a creative and experienced recruitment manager with a passion for showcasing our company culture and attracting top talent.
You’ll have a dual role, working on both the recruitment and employer branding sides of the equation. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will enhance our employer brand, increase employee engagement, and attract the best candidates for our company.
This exciting role will allow you to build the best-in-class recruitment initiatives, develop creative recruitment strategies, and build lasting relationships with our CEO and hiring managers. You’ll also have the opportunity to coach our recruitment team on best practices in talent acquisition and promote the best candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
