Company Description
The Texas Civil Rights Project (TCRP) is a community lawyering organization that boldly serves the movement for equality and justice in Texas, working in and out of the courts. Ultimately, TCRP envisions a Texas in which all communities can thrive with dignity and justice, and without fear. We know that, to best serve the social justice movement in Texas, we must change hearts and minds along with formal changes to law and policy, and TCRP’s digital footprint is a major part of that effort.
To help sustain our engagement and grow our impact online, TCRP is seeking a Digital Manager. The Digital Manager will be responsible for executing TCRP’s digital strategy in order to advance our campaigns and projects across our three legal and advocacy programs – Beyond Borders (BB), Criminal Injustice (CI), and Voting Rights (VR). This position will directly report to the Director of Communications and has a target start date of August 1, 2023.
TCRP operates under a hybrid work policy, which allows for full remote work from anywhere in Texas, with required in person attendance for specified work activities. The in-person activities are typically based out of any of TCRP’s offices: Alamo (in the Rio Grande Valley), Austin, or Houston. Exceptions to required in person activities can be made based on a case-by-case basis.
