Confidential Looking for Senior Digital Designer – REMOTE at Remote, California Full Time

Well known women’s contemporary brand is looking for a dynamic Senior Digital Designer to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing and creating a multitude of different branding programs and assist in spearheading our digital footprint. 

Responsibilities may include but not limited to: 

• Design and produce monthly website updates, weekly emails, and digital paid marketing advertisements inclusive of static and moving imagery. While some projects may require directing external resources, the role is expected to be hands-on.
• Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
• Work with the marketing team and internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards. Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
• Work with the Design Manager to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
• Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
• Translate wireframes into simple, easy-to-use User Interfaces.
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
• Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• BA in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications or experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years professional design experience, preferably at a in-house Web team or digital creative agency (experience in women’s fashion a plus)
• Strong portfolio of design work
• Ability to present new concepts and lead design concept meetings
• Able to take direction and constructive criticism
• Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design and development principles
• Extensive knowledge with various Web design processes
• First hand experience designing advertising and e-commerce websites
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Agility to pivot and meet business deadlines and needs
• Time management skills
• Strong communications ability
• Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products, Photoshop, and other programs
• Strong knowledge in Shopify and Klaviyo a plus
