Zeotap Looking for Working Student – Talent Acquisition (m/f/d) at Berlin Full Time

The Role

This role is perfect for a motivated student, who wants to be part of a fast-growing Tech Startup, contributing to the success of the company by supporting our People & Culture Team. You will be able to learn from an experienced Talent Acquisition team operating in five different European countries.

(Remote work within Germany is possible, the preferred location is Berlin).

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• You work with our hiring managers to identify and attract the best candidates
• You take ownership of our active sourcing strategy and maximize Zeotap’s talent pipeline
• You bring a creative approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
• You assess and match talents to defined profiles and specific open requisitions
• Manage our applicant tracking system, internal reporting, LinkedIn, social media, job boards and relationship with recruitment agencies
• Take ownership of the ad-hoc projects and tasks coming from our People Team
• Support the People team in arranging a professional and smooth on- and offboarding for all employees and ensuring people have a great experience during that time

Requirements

• Student of a Bachelor’s / Master’s program (focus: Human Resources, Communications, Management, Business, Business Administration or similar), currently studying at a University that is accredited in Germany, and have an Immatriculation confirmation
• You are residing/ living in Germany, being in Berlin is an advantage
• You speak and write fluently in English
• Initial experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is considered an advantage
• Strong interest in learning and growing your knowledge in Talent Acquisition
• You are self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset / can-do and hands-on mentality
• You are able to very quickly adapt to changing circumstances
