Responsibilities:
– Support the Marketing Communications Manager in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns to drive membership acquisition, revenue generation, and overall brand awareness for Blue Canyon Country Club.
– Collaborate to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and digital advertising.
– Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Manage and maintain the club’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
Coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing campaigns.
– Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and maximize the club’s exposure across different channels.
– Assist in analyzing marketing campaign performance and providing reports on key metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
– Support the maintenance of the club’s website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand guidelines.
– Provide assistance in organizing and promoting club events, tournaments, and special promotions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, making recommendations for innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
– Assist in maintaining consistency in visual elements and ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all marketing materials.
– Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Manager and the graphic design team to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
– Ensure that all design materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and visual elements.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
– Proven experience (internships or entry-level positions) in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, sports, or leisure industry.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and convey key messages to target audiences.
– Proficiency in social media management and content creation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Line OA, and LinkedIn.
– Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
Experience with website content management systems (CMS)
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
– Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other design tools (Canva).
– Basic photography skills are a plus, with the ability to capture visuals for marketing purposes.
