The Role: Direct Sales Manager
As the Direct Sales Manager, you will be a key member of the revenue team and our future success! You will be responsible for hiring and developing a high-velocity Account Executive team responsible for customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, through a combination of coaching, strategy & talent management. You will work closely with various sales teams, ensuring the successful completion of product demonstrations, converting qualified leads into paid accounts.
We’re looking for someone who will cover the adrenaline of a startup entering its 13th year of hyper revenue growth. You will have a laser focus on coaching and metrics, with a proven track record of exceeding goals in a sales function, ideally as a team lead and managing a more transaction SMB sales team .
