“Job description:
A Behavioral Health Technician works 1:1 with children with Autism and similar disabilities. The role primarily includes implementing programs and behavior intervention plans under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and communicating and working collaboratively with parents and other staff.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out individual treatment plans prescribed by BCBA.
* Monitoring patients and recording your observations.
* Reporting back on each patient’s progress and concerns.
* Ensuring patients have a safe and supportive environment.
* Providing emotional support to patients.
* Carrying out assessments and other administrative tasks.
* Maintaining strict patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
* Be at least 18 or older High School Diploma
* Reliable transportation
* Driver’s license and car insurance
* RBT credential is preferred but not required”
