Director of Talent Acquisition
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting and credentialing efforts for our healthcare staffing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additionally, they will oversee the credentialing process for all medical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and processes that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters & credentialers, providing coaching and guidance on recruitment best practices, performance management, and professional development.
Set annual hiring projections and the recruiting budget based on research and internal audits.
Oversee the implementation of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Manage candidate outreach via various online platforms to find the best potential.
Establish criteria for candidate interviews and assessments and assist in finalizing hiring decisions, especially for senior roles.
Maintain close working relationships with hiring agencies and educational institutions and leverage the rapport to source the best candidates.
Work closely with VP of Human Resources and VP of Compliance to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in our recruitment efforts.
Monitor the performance of our recruiting programs using various KPI’s, such as cost per hire, turnover rates, and time to hire.
Provide training and assistance to the recruiting team members as needed.
Partner with business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive talent acquisition plans.
Source, attract, and hire top talent using a variety of recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Utilize recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process and track progress towards recruitment goals.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in healthcare recruiting/ credentialing and share insights and best practices with the recruitment team and business leaders.
Maintain current job hiring boards and research and implement new recruiting hiring tools based on workload requirements
Oversee the credentialing process for all medical staff, including ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field; master’s degree, Preferred.
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition management, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Exceptional leadership skills
Significant experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Salesforce, Bullhorn, JazzHR, ADP and or similar technology platforms.
Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards related to healthcare staffing.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software.
Work location:
This position will be offered as a remote position or a hybrid position if candidate resides near our corporate office in Rockledge, FL.
