This position requires excellent judgment, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and work effectively within a matrixed organization. Will work independently to produce consistent, high-quality work with regular supervision and guidance.
Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical leaders across the Division and the MGH in the following functions:
Support patient access project implementation and change management to include:
Manage key resources for the lifecycle of projects including process flow documentation, data analysis, and facilitate provider one on one schedule template meetings.
Continually assess project progress against milestones and timelines to ensure adherence to project plan.
Deliver practice scheduler-specific training to implement project changes in Cadence.
Provide general project implementation support to the project team including scheduling meetings, scheduling conference rooms, and create and distribute meeting minutesKnowledge of process mapping and workflow mapping

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree required in healthcare, business or related field
EXPERIENCE:
1- 3 years directly related work experience required, including within a medical practice or hospital setting
